- A non-custodial parent calls to complain about his tax refund garnishment. The child support enforcement division has taken the last three years' refunds, but the refunds have never been applied and if applied, his balance would have been paid in full. What will happen?
- If the non-custodial parent has no arrears balance, he/she will be refunded the tax offset we took and a letter will be sent to the Department of Revenue and Taxation removing him from any future tax offsets.
