  1. I requested for a modification of my child support case a few years ago. When can a modification review be performed?
  • A modification review normally occurs once every three years from the date of the last child support order or review, and upon request of a party. At the time, you will receive a "Notice of Review."

    You should contact our investigator if its is time for a modification, or may request a modification through the child support court on your own.
