  1. My child will reach the age of 18 soon. When will the wage assignment be terminated?
  • The age of majority is 18 for Guam, and that is when a wage assignment is terminated for monthly child support.

    However, if arrears are owed and there is a monthly payment ordered on arrears, that portion will continue until the arrears are paid off.
