- What is the State Disbursement Unit and what does it do for me?
- Each state is required to have a State Disbursement Unit to handle the billing of non-custodial parents or their employers every month, the receipt of child support payments, the posting and releasing of collections for distribution, and the disbursement of funds within forty-eight hours of receipt.
If you have any questions concerning billing, arrears, or collections, please call Guam's State Disbursement Unit at (671) 475-7710. All other inquiries should go to your assigned investigator at your child support enforcement division.
